Dip, duck, and diving about with a voting queue for steam greenlight.

It is time once again to play dodge ball… wait that’s not right. It’s video game time, specifically it’s time to look through the mass of games that have been put up for votes on Steam Greenlight. For those unaware of what that is, it is pretty simple you have small independent developers that have no way to publish their game to a large audience. Valve who owns the digital distribution service Steam opened up a voting process called Steam Greenlight which allows small games a chance to get onto the platform if they garner enough votes and attention.

Now there are a few other things to go through before we get to the games. I feel I have to write this so that there is no confusion, yet it probably only creates more confusion. None the less, this list of games is not a grand must vote for queue of games and I don’t want it to be either. This list is a bunch of games that caught my interest and made an impression on me. And to be noted not all games will be included. My reasoning are thus: it rather defeats the purpose of blogging about the games to include them. I get that everyone has differing tastes when it comes to games, I may included games you don’t like or leave out some that you do like. I do try to give all games a fair chance to leave a favorable impression though.

Oh yeah, and this blog post will cover the games posted between October 25 to 27, 2016 and maybe a game or two caught in my queue from before then.

A few rules to help me narrow things down:

  • To be included games must look ready overall for Greenlight.
  • Games must have a trailer to be included.
  • There must be an understandable English translation so that I can include the games and write about them
  • Reposted games that I’ve gone over in a previous blog post will not be included.

And now we get to the Games:

Title: Project Cubes
