Publisher Bethesda Softworks has unveiled an upcoming multiplayer game BattleCry. And unlike most games that are based around multiplayer, this one involved swords and brawling against your opponent. It will also join the growing list of free to play games on PC.
BattlCry comes from the mind of Victor Antonov, a concept artist who worked on Half-life 2 and Dishonored. The game will be an alternate history style, where at the turn of the 20th century a different world war broke out. One that involved swords instead of guns. Players will choose to join either the Royal Marines or the Cossacks. Of course as is standard with this type of game, the more you progress the more cool stuff you unlock in the game.
The BattleCry beta won’t be happening until 2015, but for those that get to go to E3 they can get their hands on it.
